Instructions
Step 1
Toss the steak & teriyaki sauce in a bowl to coat well then cover & leave to marinate for 20 minutes or longer if you have time.
Step 2
Cook the noodles according to the pack instructions then drain well, rinse under cold water & set aside.
Step 3
Add half the oil to a large non stock wok or frying pan over a high heat. Stir fry the beef in batches for 2 minutes until or until browned, then transfer to a bowl & keep warm.
Step 4
Add the rest of the oil to the wok/pan & stir fry the vegetables for 1-2 minutes. Mix the 5 spice powder with 150ml cold water, add to the vegetables & bring to the boil. Return the beef to the pan/wok, add the noodles & stir fry for a further 2 minutes to heat through. Serve hot.
