Instructions
Step 1
Over medium heat, in a small frying pan, add 2 tsp sesame. When oil is hot, add ginger and garlic. Stir-fry for about 1-2 minutes until fragrance. Add all ingredients in Sauce - 2. Lower the heat, stir and let it cook for a couple of minutes. Set aside.
Step 2
Over a little bit medium high heat, add ground beef to a frying pan. Cook until no longer pink, remove the fat then add 1 tbsp sauce (above) and mix well. Cook 30 seconds, remove from heat.
