1 Tbspvinegar
1 tspdried coriander
1 tspallspice
½ tspcumin
½ tspgarlic powder
½ tsponion powder
¼ tspblack pepper
¼ tspcardamom
½ tsppaprika
1 tsplemon pepper
1 tspsalt

Pearl onions
Rice
1 cuplong grain rice
rinsed
2 cupschicken broth
½ tspgarlic powder
½ tsponion powder
¼ tspblack pepper
¾ tspturmeric
¼ tspcumin
1bay leaf

White Sauce
Instructions
Step 1
1. Marinate the chicken in the olive oil, vinegar, and listed spices.
Step 2
2. If using the Ninja Speedi Rapid Cooker and Airfryer: add the rice to the bottom of the tray and add the chicken and optional onions to the crisper tray. Switch to Rapid Cook and select "Speedi Meals" then cook at 390°F for 15 mins.
Step 3
3. For regular stovetop cooking: heat olive oil in a skillet over medium/high heat. Once hot, cook the chicken on both sides for approximately five minutes or until cooked through. In a separate pan, for the rice, combine the rinsed rice, chicken stock, and spices and bring to a boil over medium/high heat. Once it's boiling, lower the heat all the way, cover, and cook for 15 minutes.

4. Mix all the ingredients for the white sauce.

5. Once cooked, chop up the chicken and assemble the bowls with some salad, middle eastern pickles, and toppings of choice. Enjoy!
