Instructions
Step 1
Add olive oil to skillet over medium-high heat. salt and pepper both sides of the pork and place in skillet.
Step 2
cook on each side for 4-5 minutes until cooked through and golden brown. Set pork aside on separate plate.
Step 3
Melt butter in skillet and whisk in flour. Cook for 3-4 minutes, until lightly brown. Whisk in broth, milk and worchestershire sauce. Bring to a simmer until thickened. Salt and pepper to taste.
Step 4
Add pork back into the skillet and let simmer for 2-3 minutes. serve.
