Chocolate Peanut Butter Oatmeal

Instructions

Step 1
Bring water to a boil. While waiting, mix all dry ingredients in a medium bowl.
Step 2
Once water is boiling, add dry ingredients and stir until fully mixed, stirring constantly to avoid clumping. Quickly add the peanut butter and maple syrup and stir in.
Step 3
Cook for 1-2 minutes or until oats have absorbed most of the liquid.
Step 4
Remove from heat and pour into individual microwave-safe dishes. Let cool on counter and store in the fridge for later.
Step 5
When ready to eat, heat in microwave for 1 to 1 ½ minutes or until heated through. Be sure to watch the microwave as the dish may bubble over.
