Chicken thighs with Honey Ginger Glaze

Great recipe for kids with the honey, gives it some sweetness but not too much. Unsure where recipe came from, but have made it for many years. Recipe called got boneless thighs but I usually buy boned in and have adjusted the cooking time by 10 minutes.

Heat oil in medium nonstick pan over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook 5 minutes on each side or until brown. Add sauce; cover, reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes or until done.
