Instructions

Step 1
Sprinkle meat with salt and pepper. Melt butter in saucepan. Blend in flour. Gradually stir in beef broth, stirring and cooking until thickened and smooth.
Step 2
Heat oil in fry pan over medium heat and caramelize onion. When done, remove onion and set aside. Add beef to pan and quickly brown meat strips on all sides. Add beef sauce to pan with meat and onions. Stir to combine.
Step 3
Cover and cook in low for 10 minutes. Stir in sour cream and heat through but do not boil. Serve over noodles or rice.
