Ingredients

2 tablespoonssunflower oil
2onion
medium sized, chopped
1fresh green chilli
small, seeded and chopped
1clove garlic
finely chopped
1 teaspooncoriander seeds
2 tablespoonstomato paste
1 teaspoonground cumin
1 tablespoonfresh coriander
finely chopped
1tin red kidney beans
1tin chopped tomatoes
500gchicken breast strips
salt
pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Heat oil in a heavy saucepan and fry over medium heat the onion, chilli and garlic for until the onion is soft.
Step 2
Add coriander seeds and cumin to the onions and fry for 2-3 min.
Step 3
Remove onions from the pan and keep aside.
Step 4
Fry the chicken strips in batches. Spice with chicken spice
Step 5
Add the onions and chichen strips back to the pan.
Step 6
Stir in tomato paste, corianer, chopped tomatoes and red kidney beans.
Step 7
Simmer for +/-20 minutes.
Step 8
Add salt and pepper to taste
