Instructions

Fried veggies

Step 1
Dice the onion and bell pepper. Mince the garlic.

Heat the oil in the pan. Leave the heat on medium high. Add the vegetables and fry for about 2-3min until soft and slightly brown.

Roasted chicken

Heat the oil in the pan. Leave the heat on medium high. Add the chicken. Season with half the salt and pepper. Fry for 2min. Then flip.
Step 4
Again season the chicken with salt an pepper. Fry for another 2min.

Refried beans

Step 5
Heat the oil in the pan. Leave the heat on medium high. Add the black beans. Start smashing them with a wooden spoon. Fry for about 2min.

Filling

Shred the chicken with 2 forks.

Add all the ingredients including the fried vegetables and refried beans to a bowl and mix until well combined.

Top the front center of the wrap with the filling.

Fold the sides of the wrap inward first. Then place the front part of the wrap over the filling and roll up under tension exercise.
