Instructions
Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 350.

2. Brown ground beef.
Step 3
3. Pour sauce in w/beef. Mix well & simmer.

4. Empty cottage cheese in large bowl & add 2 eggs.

5. Sprinkle 2 cups of mozzarella & parmesan into cheese mixture; Mix well.
Step 6
6. In 9x13 pan, put in noodles → 1/3 cheese filling → provolone ripped into pieces → meat sauce → repeat until all is gone.
Step 7
7. On the top, end w/ sauce & any leftover provolone slices. Sprinkle 1/2 cup mozzarella & a little parmesan on top.

8. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until warm all the way through.
Step 9
9. Let it sit for 5-10 min. on cool surface.
