Instructions
Step 1
Wash your chicken breast with vinegar and lime. (Cut in half to ensure your chicken cooks evenly) Add in your seasonings and set up 2 bowls with (1)whisked eggs, flour, (black pepper, garlic powder,salt) (2)Japanese style panko crumbs
Step 2
Dip your chicken breast in the egg mixture and then press the chicken firmly into the panko crumbs (make sure to fully coat it on both sides)
Step 3
Fry your chicken cutlets in heated oil for 4-5 minutes on each side. (Cook the chicken until crispy and golden)
Step 4
Drizzle spicy Mayo and Tonkatsu sauce and serve with a side of white rice, sliced avocados and sliced cucumbers/ tomatoes 🤎
