Baked Parmesan Risotto

Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 375°F.
Step 2
Lightly spray Mini-Baker with nonstick cooking spray.
Step 3
Grate Parmesan cheese using Deluxe Cheese Grater.
Step 4
Chop onion using Food Chopper.
Step 5
In Classic Batter Bowl, combine milk, soup, rice, cheese, onion, salt and black pepper; mix well.
Step 6
Pour rice mixture into baker.
Step 7
Bake 35-40 minutes or until bubbly around edges and all liquid is absorbed.
Step 8
Sprinkle with additional cheese and parsley, if desired.
