Instructions
Step 1
Place ribs into slow cooker, cover ribs with 2tbsp minced garlic, salt & pepper. Place halved potatoes, sliced carrots and onions into slow cooker.
Step 2
Pour in chicken stock and water until the pork and veggies are almost completely covered.
Step 3
Throw in tumeric, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper. (I like to add a few small chunks of unsalted butter but it's optional)
Step 4
Cook on low 8+ hours or high 6 hours until carrots are tender and pork breaks apart easily.
Step 5
Remove broth if you like (my family loves eating it in a bowl and drinking the remaining broth!) Serve with homemade garlic bread or just by itself!
