Ingredients

1 tspfresh coriander

¼ tspturmeric
¼ tsppepper
1 ½ Tbspcooking oil

½ tspgarlic paste
½ tspginger paste
¼ tspturmeric
½ tspred chili
1 tspcoriander
½ tspgaram masala
¼ tspchaat masala
1tomato puree
medium
½ cupgreen peas
½ tsproasted cumin
3 Tbspfresh coriander
Instructions
Step 1
1. Boil 3 eggs and cut into quarters then set aside
Step 2
2. Whisk two raw eggs with chopped onion, fresh coriander, salt to taste, turmeric, and pepper
Step 3
3. Transfer the whisked egg to a pan and cook then strip into pieces and set aside
Step 4
4. Drizzle cooking oil in a pan and sauté chopped onion until light brown
Step 5
5. Add salt to taste

6. Stir in garlic and ginger paste

7. Pour in a splash of water
Step 8
8. Add turmeric, red chili, coriander, garam masala, and chaat masala
Step 9
9. Pour in another splash of water and mix
Step 10
10. Sauté for 5 to 6 minutes on low to medium heat
Step 11
11. Pour in tomato puree and frozen green peas
Step 12
12. Cover with lid and cook for 3 minutes on low heat
Step 13
13. Remove lid and mix in the pan fried and boiled eggs
Step 14
14. Garnish with roasted cumin and fresh coriander
