Step 1
Preheat oven to 400F
Step 2
Line a baking sheet with foil and spray with cooking spray.
Step 3
On a cutting board, first slice bell pepper and onion and place on pan. Now on same cutting board slice chicken into thin strips and place on pan.
Step 4
Sprinkle taco seasoning over chicken and veggies.
Step 5
Bake for 20 minutes and serve on top of a bed of lettuce.
