Instructions

Step 1
Work spices into meat thoroughly.

For whole, un-minced meat

Step 2
Mince meat mixture using a 5 - 6 mm sift. It is important that you only mince the meat once.

For store bought mince

Step 3
For store bought mince use only 20% (preferably 25%) fat beef mince. It is very important that the mince is not minced again during preparation process as the consistency of the meat will be compromised.
Step 4
Mix water into minced meat mixture.
Step 5
Stuff meat into sheep casing.
