+ liquid from can
10 ozDiced Tomatoes & Green Chilies
Original
1 ozRanch Seasoning Mix
packet, or 3 tbsp Homemade Buttermilk Ranch Mix
1 ozTaco Seasoning Mix
packet, or 3 tbsp. Homemade Taco Seasoning
1 ½ tspOnion Powder
½ tspsalt
1.7 poundsground turkey
2green bell peppers
diced
Instructions
Step 1
Add all ingredients {except garnish ingredients} to Crockpot and stir well.
Step 2
Cook on HIGH for 2 hours, or LOW for 4 hours.
Step 3
Top with a dollop of Sour Cream, Shredded Cheddar, Chopped Green Onions, and some Fritos for a delicious added punch of flavor! ENJOY!!
Step 4
If you'd like to freeze the soup for later, allow it to cool off after you have cooked it. Then transfer soup to Ziploc Freezer bags, and lay flat in the freezer to save space.
