Instructions
Step 1
Remove the seeds from the Pumpkin and roast, skin side up,180⁰c oven for 30 mins
Step 2
-Dice and sauté the onion, carrot & celery
Step 3
-Remove skin from Pumpkin, add to the pan with the stock simmer 15min
Step 4
-Add sage & Blend with with stick blender or food processor
Step 5
- Finish with the orange juice and zest, season, remove from the heat and stir in Cream Cheese
Step 6
-Serve with homemade soda bread
