Step 1
Garlic Butter 1. In a small bowl, combined butter, parsley, garlic, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and lemon zest. Stir well. Set aside.






Step 2
Making the Steak and Shrimp Kabobs: 1. In a bowl, combine steak and shrimp. Toss with olive oil and Tony's Creole seasoning to taste. 2. Skewer, steak and shrimp and cook on a preheated grill, turning over every few minutes to ensure even cooking until cooked to desired doneness. 3. Brush garlic butter all over the steak and shrimp and serve.
