Instructions

Step 1
Chop onion, pepper & chillies
Step 2
Peel garlic cloves
Step 3
Pour oil into pan and bring to medium heat
Step 4
Add onion, garlic, chillies, salt & pepper coat in oil for 3 - 4 mins
Step 5
Add turkey mince and cook through until white then add red pepper
Step 6
Add Chilli powder, paprika, cayenne pepper & cumin and stir in
Step 7
Add stock followed by tinned tomatoes, purée, ketchup & kidney beans then stir
Step 8
Add red wine and chocolate again stirring
Step 9
Simmer for approx. 30 - 40 mins, tasting along the way and season accordingly
