Step 1
Cook chicken
Step 2
Strip all chicken off carcass and place in mixing bowl or similar except skin into bite size pieces
Step 3
Add curry powder, enough to coat all pieces of chicken and mix it all with chicken until all chicken is coated
Step 4
Add a little oil to a frying pan, heat til hot, add coated chicken and fry until golden all over to seal in the chicken
Step 5
Put into a saucepan
Step 6
Lightly fry onions till soft, place into saucepan v with the chicken
Step 7
Add tomatoes and peas

Salt and pepper to taste

Fill jug of boiling water with a cup of preferred curry powder, mix well and pour over the chicken until it covers it
Step 10
Place on stove and boil, once boiling, turn down to simmer, occasionly stir so it doesn't burn or stick to the bottom of pan, once it's reduced to little juice, it's ready
Step 11
Either chips or rice, sit down, relax and enjoy.
