Step 1
Cook your ramen I personally only use a quarter of the flavour packet but use more if you like it very spicy.
Step 2
While that’s boiling grab a small jug or pot whatever you want and put in the soy sauce, rice wine, sesame oil, honey and Gochujang.
Step 3
The Gochujang is the most vital ingredient for this so make sure you get hold of it. Mix them so the Gochujang is no longer a paste.
Step 4
Once you have done that your ramen will probably be done so drain that in a sieve.
Step 5
Drain it completely then put it back in the saucepan. Put the saucepan back on the heat and pour in the sauce. Mix thoroughly and then add your cheese. I like to use cheddar cheese because it melts more than becoming stringy, but if you prefer stringy cheese you can use mozzarella.
Step 6
Once mixed serve in a bowl and add sesame seeds on top as well as Kimchi if you like that extra flavour.
