This pasta salad has evolved over the years, but it always gets rave reviews. I'm constantly asked for the recipe, so here it is!

Ingredients
12 servings
1 poundpasta
cooked, I like rotini, but any shape will do
1 pintgrape tomatoes
halved, if you want
1bell pepper
diced, any color
0.5red onion
sliced thin
1can quartered artichoke hearts
drained
½ cpepperoncini
sliced
6 ozfeta cheese
crumbled
8 ozfresh mozzarella pearls
16 ozitalian dressing
5 ozmini pepperonis
6 ozdry salami
italian, diced
1can black olives
drained
Instructions
Step 1
Dump it all in a big bowl.
Step 2
Stir.
Step 3
Add more stuff if you want! I've sometimes included broccoli, diced zucchini, cheddar cheese cubes, etc. Whatever you've got. If you want the dressing a little zingier, pour in some of the brining liquid from the pepperoncini. Want less dressing? Don't add so much. It's really all about what you want.
Step 4
This recipe is definitely enough to serve an army. Great for a potluck. It's also good for a few days, so refrigerate and enjoy!
