Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 400F.
Step 2
To make the taco seasoning add the following into a small bowl: 1 tbsp chili lime powder, 1.5 tsp cumin, 1 tsp oregano, 1/2 tsp onion powder, 1/4 tsp kosher salt, 1 tsp smoked paprika, 1/2 tsp garlic powder, and 1/2 tsp garlic salt. Mix it all together.
Step 3
Into a sauté pan add 1 tbsp of olive oil with 1 pound of plant-based meat. Cook until almost browned then add in the taco seasoning. Pour 2 tbsp of water into the pan and then reduce the heat to Low to simmer for 10 minutes or until almost all of the liquid has evaporated.
Step 4
Take out 2 baking trays and place 12 corn tortillas (spaced out) onto each tray - 6 on each tray. Brush each tortilla lightly with olive oil on each side. Place the tortillas into the oven for 5 minutes just to make them more pliable and to get them lightly crisp.
Step 5
Once the tortillas have been removed from the oven begin to place 1.5-2 tbsp of the meat into each taco. After all the meat has been placed into each tortilla sprinkle about 1 tbsp of vegan shredded cheese into each tortilla. Next sprinkle some chopped green onion and cilantro into each tortilla, about 1 tsp or so for each tortilla.
Step 6
Once all the tortillas have been filled, carefully fold each tortilla over and press them down so they stay folded.
Step 7
Bake the tacos for 10 minutes, or until crispy. Flip them over 5 minutes into cooking.
Step 8
Remove the tacos from the oven and drizzle the tacos with FIELD + FARMER Queso Dip.

Add more chopped cilantro, green onions, and chopped tomatoes, enjoy!
