Preheat oven to 200C
Step 2
In a bowl, combine the tofu, stock powder, liquid smoke, olive oil and 3 tbsp bbq sauce
Step 3
Build your pizza starting with a layer of pizza sauce, layer of vegan cheese, layer of shredded tofu, red onion, a big zig zag of bbq sauce then sprinkle on the oregano, chilli flakes and an extra pinch of sea salt
Step 4
Bake in the oven for 15 mins or until the edges are golden brown and enjoy!
