Instructions
Step 1
Add chicken, salsa, and spices to a pot with a lid and bring to a boil. Simmer on low for 20 min until chicken is cooked and tender.
Step 2
Cook rice according to package.
Step 3
Pull out chicken and shred, I throw mine into a mixer and shred that way.
Step 4
Throw chicken back into salsa and mix together
Step 5
Serve with tortillas, rice, and onion.
