For the tomato sauce
10cherry tomatoes
2 teaspoonswater
3 teaspoonsolive oil
½ teaspoondried basil
0.5 teasponoregano
salt
to taste
pepper
to taste
For the filling/What goes into the quesadilla

Instructions
Step 1
In a small pot put the olive oil and let it warm up
Step 2
After the oil is hot put the tomatoes in and the water
Step 3
Then let it reduce until you can barely see the entire tomato
Step 4
After that you add all your seasonings and let it simmer for another 2-3 minutes
Step 5
Then turn off your heat and put a large pan that will fit the tortilla
Step 6
Put the tortilla in the pan then put the sauce on the tortilla
Step 7
After that you put all of your toppings including the chicken and fold the tortilla in half
Step 8
Let it crisp up and flip it until it gets brown on both parts
