Creamy Chicken Basil w/ Roasted Potatoes and Broccoli

This chicken basil dish is one of my family’s favorite dishes!! Restaurant quality straight from your kitchen 😋 treat yourself to this dish you won’t regret it!

Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Mix seasonings together to create seasoning mix
Step 2
Wash potatoes and then dry and cut into wedges. Season with half of the seasoning mix and place on lined & oiled tray. Bake for 30 minutes or until golden
Step 3
Microwave broccoli for 3 minutes or steam (optional). Place on lined and oil tray. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 4
In a small bowl, mix together the butter and garlic spread for the bread. Cut baguette in half and spread butter mixture onto bread. Sprinkle parm and parsley flakes on top. Place bread on same tray as broccoli and bake place in oven with potatoes for about 10 minutes
Step 5
Rinse and dry chicken tenders. Season with other half of seasoning mix and cornstarch. Mix well so tenders are coated. Heat avocado oil in pan and pan fry the chicken for 2-3 minutes on each side or until cooked through. Set aside
Step 6
In same pan, add butter, sun dried tomatoes, and garlic. Sauté for 2 minutes. Add in the cream and bring to a low boil. Finally add the chicken bouillon, salt, pepper, parm and basil.
Step 7
Now time to assemble your plate! You can either let the chicken simmer more in the sauce or pour the sauce on top of the chicken.
