Instructions
Step 1
Wash and then boil the potatoes until tender or you can poke a fork in them (approx. 20 minutes).
Step 2
Drain then toss in seasonings and oil. Pop on a baking tray. Smoosh with a glass. Brush on left over oil and seasoning.
Step 3
Roast in a preheated oven for about 40-45 minutes at 400 degrees (200 Celsius) or until brown and crispy.
