Instructions

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Step 2
Mix the flour, protein powder, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon together in a large mixing bowl.
Step 3
In a separate bowl, mash the banana.
Step 4
Add in the milk, vanilla, egg, and coconut oil and whisk together.
Step 5
Pour the liquid ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix just until combined (making sure not to over-mix the batter).
Step 6
Mix in the blueberries.
Step 7
Pour into a lined cupcake or muffin tin and bake for 30 minutes (or until a toothpick comes out clean).
Step 8
Let cool and enjoy!
