Ingredients

2 tablespoonsbutter

1 ¾ cupsfresh mushrooms
sliced

3celery rib
chopped

¼ cuponion
chopped

¼ cupgreen pepper
chopped

¼ cupall-purpose flour

1 cupreduced-sodium chicken broth

1 cupfat-free milk

2 cupsturkey breast
cubed cooked

1 cupfrozen peas

½ teaspoonsalt

¼ teaspoonpepper

1 tspvinegar

2 cupsrice
hot, cooked

¼ tspred pepper flake
Instructions
Step 1
In a large nonstick skillet, heat butter over medium-high heat.
Step 2
Add mushrooms, celery, onion, red pepper flake and pepper; cook and stir until tender.
Step 3
In a small bowl, mix flour and broth until smooth; stir into vegetable mixture.
Step 4
Stir in milk. Bring to a boil; Cook and stir 1-2 minutes or until thickened.
Step 5
Add turkey, peas, salt, pepper and vinegar; heat through.
Step 6
Serve with rice.
