Ingredients

3 Tbsplight brown sugar
sauce mixture
¼ cupwater
sauce mixture
3 Tbspreduced-sodium tamari soy sauce
sauce mixture
2 Tbsphoisin sauce
sauce mixture
1 tspminced garlic
sauce mixture
⅛ tspcayenne pepper
sauce mixture
2 tspcornstarch
mix with 2 tsp of water to make slurry — sauce mixture
1 lbraw chicken tenders
cut into bite-sized pieces
3 Tbspcornstarch
2 Tbspavocado oil
20 ozbroccoli florets

Instructions
Step 1
To make sauce, add ingredients to a sauce pan and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and cook until sauce has thickened.
Step 2
To make chicken, add chicken and cornstarch to a medium mixing bowl, toss to combine.
Step 3
Heat oil in a large pan and cook chicken until no longer pink. Steam broccoli while chicken is cooking.
Step 4
Once chicken is done, add broccoli and sauce to pan. Mix until combined and cook until sauce thickens.
