Instructions
Step 1
Heat oil in a saucepan, add the sliced bacon and gently cook for 3 min. Add garlic and cook for 1 min.
Step 2
Bring a separate large saucepan of water to the boil and cook the spaghetti for 8 min or according to the pack instructions. Drain and return pasta to the pan.
Step 3
Beat the cream and egg yolks together in a bowl, add to the bacon and mix well over a very low heat.
Step 4
Add the sauce and parmesan to the pasta and toss well. Serve immediately.
