Ingredients

For the Dressing:
¼ cupOlive Oil
or other neutral oil
¼ cuprice vinegar
1 ½ tablespoonhoney
to taste
3 tablespoonsesame oil
1 ½ tablespoonsoy sauce
salt
to taste
1 teaspoongarlic powder

1 teaspoonginger

For the Dressing:
Step 1
Combine all ingredients into mason jar and shake till thoroughly mixed
For the Chicken:

Season chicken thoroughly
Step 3
Place on grill over medium heat
Step 4
Cook for 4 to 5 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked
Step 5
Cut into bite sized pieces once cooled
For the Salad:
Step 6
Combine the grilled peaches, arugula, goat cheese crumbles, and any other desired ingredients into large salad bowl.
Step 7
Add dressing to taste and enjoy.
