Easy breakfast! Fresh red pepper and Feta cheese or goat cheese is in a traditional Shakshuka. But I love roasted pepper and gouda! So, I arranged a bit. It came out so good! Check my TikTok (@kuritomo) and Instagram (kuritomo_cooking).

Instructions
Step 1
Heat olive oil in a medium skillet. Add onion, and saute for 4 minutes.
Step 2
Add roasted pepper, garlic, cook another minute.
Step 3
Add the whole tomatoes, and break down the tomatoes.
Step 4
Add tomato paste, paprika, chili powder, and cumin.
Step 5
Add spinach, salt, and cook for about 3 minutes.
Step 6
Use a spoon to make small wells in the sauce. Crack the eggs into each well.
Step 7
Add black pepper, salt and shredded cheese.
Step 8
Cover the skillet and cook for 6-8 minutes. Garnish with cilantro.
Step 9
Serve with toast.
