Add in blueberries, cranberries, walnuts, pecans, crasins, chocolate chips or anything else you might like to use to spice it up! I prefer using walnuts.

Instructions
Step 1
Cream together the sugar and butter.
Step 2
Add in eggs and bananas.
Step 3
Mix remaining dry ingredients, except nuts, in a separate bowl.
Step 4
Add dry ingredients into the butter mixture and mix until just combined.
Step 5
Pour into a greased loaf pan or into many smaller loaf pans or muffins tins.
Step 6
Bake in a preheated 350° oven for 30 - 1 hour depending on the size of your pan.
