Instructions

Step 1
Cook pasta according to package directions.
Step 2
Drain and set aside.
Step 3
While pasta cooks, onion, salt, and pepper in a large skillet over medium-high heat until onion is soft & translucent.

Stir in pasta sauce; cook 1 minute or until thoroughly heated.
Step 5
Add pasta, stirring to coat.
Step 6
Combine sour cream and Parmesan cheese.
Step 7
Stir into pasta mixture.
Step 8
Sprinkle Italian cheese blend over pasta mixture
Step 9
Cover, reduce heat to medium, and cook 5 minutes or until cheese melts.
