Instructions
Step 1
Heat pan to medium. Add olive oil then onion. Caramelize onion 5-6 minutes.
Step 2
Add pepper roughly chopped. Then add garlic.
Step 3
Turn heat to high and make a well then add in sausage. Stir quickly and break up the sausage.

Once sausage is sealed add paprika

Then add rice and blast it for 30 seconds to soak up flavour
Step 6
Sprinkle white wine over the pan to deglaze it
Step 7
Add stock. Bring to boil then turn down to medium low and simmer. 12-15 minutes. Stirring occasionally.
Step 8
Turn off heat and add green onion, tomatoes and parsley stir in then it’s ready to serve
