Instructions

Step 1
1. In a medium-sized saucepan, bring water to a boil.
Step 2
Use the Veggetti to cut carrots into vegetable noodles.
Step 3
Add salt and carrot noodles to the boiling water and cook until tender (8 to 10 minutes).
Step 4
Drain the carrots and add them back to the pan. Add the cranberries, butter, honey and lemon juice. Cook until the glaze coats the carrots.
Step 5
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
