Step 1
Heat oil in low-med Dutch oven or large pan, add garlic until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes, add onion until translucent, about 2-3 minutes, add diced tomatoes, 1/2 tsp of coarse sea salt, cracked black pepper and simmer until ingredients marry and become saucy. Cook pasta and immediately add to sauce and mix accordingly. Add Parmesan cheese and fold into sauce/pasta.
