Instructions
Step 1
Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat.
Step 2
Add mushrooms and shallots and cook for 7 - 8 minutes.
Step 3
Add garlic and thyme, cook for 2 mins stirring constantly.
Step 4
Add wine and cook until wine is evaporated.
Step 5
Add beans and broth and simmer for 10 mins, season to taste.
Step 6
Top with parsley and a squeeze of lemon juice.
