Vietnamese grilled minced pork
Recipe for pork only- serve over rice with pickled cucumber, lettuce, crushed peanuts, cilantro, spicy peanut sauce

Instructions
Step 1
Chop everything and mix together in a bowl
Step 2
Preheat large nonstick pan over medium high heat
Step 3
Add 2 tbsp oil to pan
Step 4
Break into 1/2” pieces and put into pan
Step 5
Cook for 3 mins or until seared. Flip meatballs
Step 6
Cook all meatballs then place on paper towel to drain oil. Serve over bowl.
