2 teaspoons soy sauce;
Step 3
2 teaspoons coconut flour and salt. Combine in large bowl.

Add chicken, stir to coat. Let stand 30 minutes.
Cooking instruction:

Combine remaining 3 teaspoons sherry,

3 teaspoons soy sauce, 1½ teaspoons coconut flour,

Heat 1 tablespoon oil in wok or large skillet

Add peanuts; stir-fry until lightly toasted.

Stir in peanuts and green onions. Stir sauce mixture; add to wok.

Cook and stir until sauce boils and thickens.
