Instructions

Step 1
Prepare cauliflower rice according to package directions. Transfer to bowl and keep warm.
Step 2
Heat 2 tablespoons of water in a pan and water sauté onion and green pepper until soft. Add beans, chili powder, cumin, oregano and water and bring to a simmer. Cook, stirring occasionally, until heated through and thickened, about 3 minutes. Remove from heat and add lime juice.
Step 3
Place the bean mixture on the cauliflower rice and top with tomato and avocado.
