Instructions
Step 1
Add garlic, scallions, 2 tbsp onions and vegetable oil together and let get soft
Step 2
Add pepper powder, pepper flakes, soy sauce and black pepper to mix and let cook together
Step 3
Add fish stock and bring it to boil. Salt to taste.
Step 4
Add squid, shrimp, clams and clam juice. Add mushrooms and remaining 2 tbsp of onions. Then add tofu if desired. Break tofu up into big pieces.
Step 5
Add one egg
Step 6
Add more scallions to top if desired and serve
