Instructions
Step 1
Halve, de-stone and peel the avocado, and place in a bowl
Step 2
Using a fork, mash the avocado from the green side until there are no large lumps
Step 3
Finely dice the onion, coriander and chilli and add to the bowl
Step 4
Crush the garlic, juice half the lime and add the salt to the bowl and mix
Step 5
Taste test and add more salt and lime juice to your liking
