600gbroccoli florets
FRESH, cut into small florets
½ cupsharp cheddar cheese
shredded
¼ cupalmonds
sliced
5 ozcabbage
shredded, or coleslaw mix
6 slicesbacon
cooked, diced
Dressing
Instructions
Step 1
1. Combine broccoli florets, shredded cabbage, cheddar cheese, and sliced almonds in a bowl.
Step 2
2. In a blender blend together mayo, sour cream, vinegar, erythritol, salt, pepper, yellow mustard, and strawberries until smooth and well-combined.
Step 3
3. Pour dressing over broccoli and add in the bacon, toss or stir well.
