Instructions
Step 1
Cook pasta according to instructions on package
Step 2
Heat oil in large pan on medium heat
Step 3
Add garlic and onion and let cook for a few minutes
Step 4
Add tomatoes, balsamic, salt, and pepper and let cook over medium heat for 10 mins
Step 5
Transfer all the contents of the pan into a blender (cool if necessary for your blender) and add nut milk if using then pulse mixture a few times. If you’re not using nut milk, you may need to add a bit of water until the sauce is your desired consistency
Step 6
Add sauce to pasta, chop up some fresh basil and enjoy!
