Ingredients

Mexican
1 ½ cupbeef broth
from shredded beef
7 ozgreen chili’s
canned
16corn tortillas
small
1 canred enchilada sauce
1 cupMexican cheese
shredded
Instructions
Step 1
Pour beef broth into a shallow bowl, this will be used to dip tortillas in

Add green chilis to shredded beef and mix until we’ll combined
Step 3
Heat small fry pan on medium heat
Step 4
Dip corn tortilla in broth then cook in pan for 10-15 seconds on each side, transfer to plate. Cover plate with a lid or bowl while cooking all the tortillas to keep them warm. **cooking them is how you make them pliable
Step 5
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Step 6
Once tortillas are cooked, fill each one with 1/16th of meat mixture, roll them up and place them in 9x13 casserole dish vertically. You should have two vertical rows of 8 stuffed tortillas.
Step 7
Pour remaining broth over tortillas followed by red enchilada sauce.
Step 8
Sprinkle cheese over top and place in oven on middle rack

Bake for 20 mins, rest for 5, then cut and serve.
