Instructions
Step 1
Chop up asparagus and roast in light covering of olive oil under broiler for 10 minutes
Step 2
cook farfalle according to box directions (may vary by brand). save one cup of pasta water
Step 3
crush hazelnuts to chunks using heavy implement
Step 4
Drain pasta and put back in pot
Step 5
add marscapone and 2 cups parmesan, mix together over residual heat (burner off), using small amounts of pasta water to make into cheese sauce consistency
Step 6
add hazelnuts and asparagus
